Can't hear voice on my Dre Beats Solo?

I just got my Beats by Dr. Dre solos yesterday and now they don't
work. When I listen to my music I can only hear the background and not
the singer's voice. Has this happened to anyone? Is there any way to
fix this? Thank you so much!!
