What are the advantages and disadvantages of these two guitars?

I'm choosing between the Yamaha FG720S and the Yamaha FD01S. Price
isn't an issue, but I was wondering what the pros and cons of each
guitar was. Tone and musicality is a big thing for me. But I want kind
of a sound that's like the guitars in Good Morning by Chamillionaire
or Hero by Enrique Iglesias. So if you have any tips for me that would
be greatly appreciated.
