What is this German song?

There's this song in german I dont know any of the words but i really
like the song. It starts off with a base drum beat with a nice bass
that's low low low low high low. Then there's children counting in
german right before the chorus. The voice is a man, kind of creepy,
and in the chorus he's kind of screaming. Before the chorus it sounds
like he's saying ein stein, repeatidly or something. idk, thanks if u
